My experience with Jim Steele as our realtor to sell our two Saddlebrook Resort Condos was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end!
Jim is an excellent listener, and very responsive. He always answered my phone calls and addressed my questions professionally and efficiently.
I also give Jim accolades for his patience in dealing with Saddlebrook Resort and Saddlebrook HOA to access all information needed for the sale.
Jim also arranged for and coordinated Champions Title Services to handle all of the financials and documents needed. I would highly recommend Champions Title Services. Their services allowed me to handle the entire transaction remotely which was wonderful.
In closing, I have worked with many realtors on domestic and commercial transaction and Jim is clearly the most Professional and enjoyable person I’ve had the pleasure to work with.
